  1. It’s great that we were finally able to listen to Nick Pope giving some very interesting comments on the nature of belief systems, and the current repulsion to anything where government institutions are involved.

    I think that this comes from mainly 2 causes: the fact that Vallee wasn’t heeded by his fellow scientist when he warned about the lack of interest shown to the UFO enigma; the other was evidently JFK, and when the government was forcing its own people into believing the completely ludicrous argument that a lone nut could assassinate a president with nothing but a crappy rifle loaded with magic bullets.

    The end result is that we now live in a society where everything that has some sort of official backing is immediately distrusted and discarded. Right now for example I’m arguing with some fellow Grailers at The Daily Grail, over why I don’t believe the recent outbreak of a new deadly E. Coli strand in Europe is an evil ploy launched by Monsanto to undermine the consumer’s confidence in good ole natural organic produce, which have been recently been pinpointed as the source of the infected cucumbers
