In the summer of 2019, several incidents occurred off the southern California coast involving Navy destroyers that were approached repeatedly by unusual, triangular-shaped drones which hovered over the ships. Recent investigations by a number of researchers have revealed new details about the incidents, and what the government response to them had been at the time.
