This week on The Gralien Report, the latest in a series of shark attacks features a champion surfer escaping from the jaws of… well, Jaws. Also, concerns in the Lone Star State have people talking about Jade Helm 15, which we take a moment to look at, along with an update from Scotty Roberts on Paradigm Symposium 2015. Finally, what do we do when robots start thinking, and will it lead to real self-awareness, and eventual artificial intelligence in our future?

Then in hour two, we look at weirdness in the world of popular music throughout the decades, along with modern conspiracies about albums and artists. For instance, remember the theory that Paul McCartney had died, and was replace by a double? Of greater interest is the strange story of John Lennon’s UFO encounter, which was widely reported and appeared to have a profound effect on his life.

As strange as Lennon’s UFO story ended up being, we’re still very perplexed by the weird urban legend involving the way Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon, when played alongside “The Wizard of Oz, displays remarkable synchronicities. Is there more to the legend than mere myth?
